This water flosser is of a good quality, working great. Comparing to a similar model from Waterpik, this one (1) is much quieter, (2) has a water tube attached in a better way to prevent bending and breaking with time, (3) jet's power can be controlled in wide range. When adjusting the jet's power, this one seems to just change the frequency of jet pulses but not the strength of each pulse, whereas my last Waterpik was able to actually reduce their strength and so it was noticeably more gently when the knob is turned down. Luckily, the jet tips from Waterpik are compatible with this flosser, and they do provide a smoother jet with a more gentle experience. Read more

Bought 2yrs ago & no issues. Works well & good price vs most other water pick machines. Large water reservoir, good water pressure, asstmt of tools. Read more

I bought this on May 1, 2023. I didn't start using it until around June 1. It stopped working while I was flossing on 7/6. Naturally, the warranty expired on 6/1 and I'm throwing away $30. I'll spend the extra money and get a real Waterpik. (Edited) I had originally rated this unit 1-star. Seller read the review and was very quick to respond. They offered to send a replacement (& do what I will with the malfunctioning one), but it wasn't the color I wanted & they are issuing a full refund. The unit might've been flawed, but their Customer Service is not. Read more

The on-off/pressure knob on the main body is very easy to use. The pause switch on the handle is hard to operate especially if the unit is on and in your mouth. I find it easier just to use my spare hand to turn it on and adjust the pressure. It has good pressure but only on the top portion of the control, the lower 80% of the control has very low pressure, also while using it, the pressure seems to vary almost like a pinched hose. I also wish that the tank was a little bigger. On the higher pressure it goes through a lot of water and I just finish as it runs out of water. Sometimes I have to add water to finish. UPDATE--After leaving this review, I was contacted by the seller. They were very apologetic about the performance of the flosser and without me even asking, they offered to replace the unit or give me a full refund. I think that was very very good of them. Even though I had issues with this particular item, I absolutely would order from this seller again. They were very prompt and courteous which is a refreshing experience. Read more

The Best. This is just as good or better than the WaterPik I've bought a few times over the years. Same strong adjustable water flows (10 pressure just settings), 6 different tips, and made just as durable (one year warranty. If they keep manufacturing this product over the next 3-4 decades will never go back to WaterPik as it is way overpriced compared to this Hairby oral irrigator. Read more

I actually like this brand better than the WaterPic brand. It operates with good strength and comes with many attachments. My Waterpic didnt last very long and I paid much more for it. Read more

We made the mistake of purchasing this "off brand" water pik. It worked maybe a handful of times in the month we've had it and has since stopped working despite troubleshooting. We threw away the manufacturers packaging so are SOOL when it comes to returning the product through Amazon. We have bought Water Pik brand many times and will stick to them for future purchases.
