I bought the Easy Reach version of these picks. They are unbreakable, which allows you to apply force and scrape your teeth roots. They also are soaked in fluoride. I don't know how effective that really is since they only contact your teeth for a few seconds each, but at least it gives me a good feeling if nothing else. Read more
