The app crashes immediately upon attempting to connect to the mask - from then on it's just constant crashes. I tried multiple older versions of the app on multiple devices and every one crashes. Not sure if there is an alternative app, but as of now the product is extremely limited without the app - it can only switch between predefined animations and no settings can be changed. Read more
A fun mask, love the ability to customize it with photos or scrolling text, and the voice recognition feature is a cool touch, too bad I can't customize my own words with the image I want. My son sure did enjoy it but there are too many glitches with it that irritated him as it wouldn't just stay on one image it would skip to different images and a lot of people who would talk and then it would do just different stuff so it was a little annoying for Halloween but anyhow that's why I gave it a two-star Read more
