Missing buttons

The style on this jacket was beautiful, and I loved that it was a more sustainable way to buy, but sending a jacket that's missing two buttons is unacceptable. I know that used items will have some minor wear and tear but you can't tell me that you really think its acceptable to charge $80 for a jacket that's missing buttons. This is the second heavily damaged item I've purchased through Rent the Runway and I don't think I'm going to bother trying them again. Read more
