I use this once every two days on my scalp. I was using it every other day but changed due to a little soreness in a couple of areas. I have 3 of these derma rollers at various needle lengths from .25. .50 and 1.25 I use them on my face two times a week to help deepen my serum treatments and I also use them on my scalp as I have experienced a lot of hair loss this year. These tools have really helped. On my face, I love that it feels tingly and is helping to build collagen, for the scalp, I love that it is stimulating blood circulation and helping the scalp serums penetrate. Trying to grow in a couple patches on my beard. My wife got me the beard club one before, but I didn’t want to pay the price. It’s a little sharper than the others or at least it feels that way. Pain is gain though haha! The case is okay. Top falls off kind of easy, but not a problem. Great product and price. Big brands aren’t always the way to go.
