While the kit comes with a variety of reusable tools, you should be careful when it comes to the derma roller ones. The needles are designed to create micro injuries to the skin, so that serums and creams can penetrate better. BUT, in order to do that safely you have to make sure that your hands and skin are THROUGHLY cleaned beforehand and you have to pay attention to how you are using the needles (move slowly, do not drag across skin, or you will end up with more inflamed skin and no benefits, with enough pressure but being careful not to press too hard). I am pretty new to this but I have been reading and learning; sanitizing the needles after each use is essential, as is making sure these are actually stainless steel and won't rust after sterilizing them. And you still need to replace them often, as the needles do become duller after each use. At $18.99 for the full kit, I am a little wary of the quality. The other reusable items (silicone brush, ball roller, etc.) are definitely a great addition to my skincare routine and you can't beat the price. I also don't love that their listing pictures are , with photo creating and editing it's become really hard to be able to trust a company unfortunately. This derma roller set includes an impressive variety of tools: multiple needle rollers, a cold roller, massage ball, cleaning brush, cleaning container, lotion scoop, and a comfortable, well-sized handle. The heads are easy to swap out, and everything is simple to clean. I used 70% alcohol to soak for 10 minutes and rinsed with distilled water with no issues. I primarily use the larger needle roller for my face and reach for the cold roller often to help with puffy, tired eyes. This is a good quality set. You get many different attachments for different needs. The storage container is neat, keeping all the pieces organized. I keep the metal roller in the freezer and when I have a breakout or my eyes get puffy, I use that for relief. It works well and provides alot of comfort. The silicone cleaning brush is relaxing to use. The attachment with the balls is good for stimulating your skin. It's all very easy to use and makes the perfect addition to any skincare routine. This is my first Micro-needling kit so I don’t have much to compare it with besides others I’ve seen for sale. I like that it’s a 10 in 1 kit. Far as I can tell seems like it’s all good quality and made with good materials I really like the Ice roller head feels really good. My GF has a few different pieces like this and some kinda Jade or other Stone that’s used for rolling around under eyes and all. That’s what actually made me take another look at this set was it had that plus all the other pieces. I decided to give the Microneedling a try to see if it would help on a few areas where my beard isn’t as thick as the rest. I have really been consistent with it though and my gf gets way more use from it than me. From reviews I’ve read about Micro needling seem to be positive for most part but of course negative as well. The little I have used it I haven’t seen any results. I’m going to try and get into a routine though to really put it to the test and find out. Regardless though all the other Skin care heads and tools pieces are nice and the price of $18 bucks for this all In 1 seems like a deal .
