This stuff is awesome! I have a sister with disabilities who is in a wheelchair and wears diapers, so my mom has been using this for years! I have actually tried it myself when I get irritation from sanitary napkins and this stuff is amazing. I don't really understand how it works, but it makes the area feel dry as if you'd used baby powder, but it is easier to apply and thicker so it protects the skin more. I honestly wish I had tried this for myself years ago! I would definitely trust this on a baby and would use this over baby powder to make them feel more comfortable. Read more

Excellent product! I've been using it for my daughter for relief of rash small skin injuries due to diapers or tight clothes rubbing, for almost 4 years since she was a baby. In 12h or 24h, work done. I've tried other brands but have to say this one has been the most effective. Also the product lasts a lot as you only need to apply a small amount. Read more

My 15 year old son did not have a big problem with baby rash until after he started teething. It got bad one day and it was really red and there was even some blood (dry skin). We asked our pediatrician what we should do and he recommended using Desitin. It got cleared up withing 6 days and even after a day you could see it was working! He is teething every couple of weeks now so occasionally he gets a rash (not as bad as the first time); so the first sign of a rash we use this so the rash goes away within a few days. If your little one is getting baby rashes, then I would definitely recommend this! Read more
