Works as designed, handy on a studio table for usb/plug in tools. It does light up around yet why would it need to, who is using a glue gun or heat gun in the dark? It has a good weight, not plastic junk; impressed with quality for sure! The cord however is super thick, heavy, not too much flexible, like a heavy weight outdoor extension cord; odd here with that. I understand that this seller has been working to resolve issues with the product so I absolutely recommend you try it out. There is nothing in the world better than a seller that stands behind their product. I am grateful. With that said I have changed my rating from two stars to four stars and I have kept the original review in its entirety so here it is. I love the way it looks and it seems to be sturdy. The USB outlets stop working when other outlets are on. I would ask them to replace it but after reading the reviews, that is normal for this thing. The angle of the light is poor design. The light shines up into the air above the table surface that it is attached to. The light is bright enough to illuminate your face for a video call however it is extremely harsh and painful to your eyes. I think it would be very useful if the light was diffused. I think unfortunately this product is more of a miss than a hit. Read more

This is a great item. Although you can use a power strip for most applications, this is nice for my sewing room. I can clamp this onto my table and I have easy access to the switch to turn everything off. I like that it has USB, USB-C, and regular 3-prong plugs. Another thing I like is that the plug for this power strip is flat and makes it easier to plug in behind a bookcase or something. Read more
