They responded immediately to my email and, after walking me through a few diagnostic checks, they said they would send me a replacement lamp. Solidly built and infinitely positionable. There's no place to conveniently locate a task light on my corner computer desk, so I chose the model with the clamp base, which enables me to secure it to the hutch over the desk. I can easily adjust the height and angle of the light to perfectly suit my needs, and once positioned, it stays right where i put it until I decide to move it again. Brightness and hue are equally easy to adjust. The included remote is very handy, in case you prefer it to the controls on the lamp, itself. This is a review of the LitONES Desk Light for Video Conference Lighting LED. To start, I paid $42 on sale at the time. When it arrived I was happy. Pretty decent build and aesthetic. The silver circles that look like silver aluminum at the joints are stick-on. I know because one wasn't on there properly when it arrived, but I stuck it where it was supposed to go and after that you don't notice. The light itself was nice, including the different tones. You may feel the need to have additional lighting. I used the light for web conferences. I had overhead lights in my office turned on, but still felt a second light might have helped. I felt the product and its build were reasonable for the price. My only real complaint was that the first light I received did not last long. I purchased mine in late September, and in mid January (4 months later), it stopped working. I didn't move it or change anything. It always stayed attached at the same location and position, it just didn't turn on that morning. After the light stopped working I did notice a minor shock when it was plugged in...nothing dramatic...like a static electricity shock someone might give you after rubbing their feet on the carpet. Update: February, 2024 - After posting my review originally the reseller contacted me and very politely offered to replace the light that failed. They quickly shipped me a replacement. I am updating my review from 3 to 4 stars, and will potentially update to 5 stars if the product continues to work well. Read more

Well designed, unobtrusive, yet great amount of light! I have a tilt table for puzzles and finding a clamp-on that holds its position was a great find. Just got it today, but I think it is a big improvement from the last three lights I have purchased. Read more

This lamp is great for my puzzles. I didn't realize it was a clamp on light, but it worked great on my table and stretched across the width of the table so that the light was directly over the puzzle. Really love the different shades of light. Made it really easy to see when there was a lot of natural light coming in my house or when it was darker out. Read more
