I am so impressed with this eye mask! I recently found out that this would help get rid of my "goopy eyes" by unclogging the oil glands in my eye and had to try it. So far it has performed beyond expectations! At first I thought it wasn't going to turn on but after reading the enclosed directions I saw that I needed to press the power button longer! The mask is smooth, soft and feels so good on my face. It fits snugly and stays in place. It is easy to wash. Just remove the heated inst and spit clean or toss in the washer in a bag! The zipper is a little stiff at first but it's just because it's so thin. I've not had any issues so far with stocking. Now the heat. It heats up quickly, had 3 heat settings, I personally think the highest is a little too high but luckily there are two more! The heat distribution is great! It heats up all over and you can actually feel it against the back of your eyelid. The barry has been great so far. I charge after a week (5-6) of 10 minute sessions and it hasn't died on me yet. It comes with an ice pack so you can use a cold compress too. Also, a bag to keep them in so you don't have to worry about it getting dirty and a little spray bottle to allow you to "steam". Great product, very comfortable to wear, it comes with a soft gel type cooling insert that can be left in a freezer to use for head aches and sinus pressure. The mask charges in about 2 hrs, and at the high heat setting will work for 1.5 hrs before needing a recharge. Without power it makes a very soft and blocks all light, and is great for sleeping. A slightly larger battery would be nice, and my only reason for not giving it a score of 5. It has a very substantial adjustable elastic strap, a weak point on many cheaper corded models and microwave types sold for eye heat compresses. I wouldn't say that this product is anything super special, but the fabric is definitely soft on the skin, and it's nice that you can put in the little gel packet inside to either cool or heat your facial area. The fabric is definitely thin, so you can feel the hard ridges of the gel pack inside. Still, a decent item to keep in your first aid kit. Read more

Great eye mask! The gel is thick and full. Doesn't harden if left in freezer long term and stays cold and squishy. The liner is soft and washable. Has extra cushion under the eyes. The liner does cover my nose, but not my nostrils if on correctly. I like that the adjustable strap isn't velcro. I have it on the smallest setting, but my head is small. It doesn't slide down if I'm sitting up. Feels very therapeutic. My teen daughter loves it too. Great value at $9.99, but I wish it had a better case to put in. I had never wondered about heated eye masks until I recently saw a disposable one use mask and I was fascinated. I ordered this soon after and I love it! It is truly a relaxing experience and is great for someone like me who has difficulty relaxing as well as issues with insomnia and headaches. The mask is very easy to use and comes with very clear instructions. There are two buttons on the mask that make it easy to change the temperature and set a timer. It is easy to charge and you can get a few uses out of each charge. The heated mask is easy to remove so that you can clean the outer cloth. A mask for cold therapy is also included, though I have to admit it does not appeal to me at all. The mask fits any face well and you can adjust the size easily. I bought this mainly to help with puffy, dry eyes and occasional headaches. I’ve used heated eye masks before, but this was my first time trying a cold therapy version. My biggest gripe is that if you leave it in the freezer for several hours, it turns into a SOLID block of ice, so it takes a while to defrost enough to actually conform to your face. Otherwise, it feels like you’re trying to balance a frozen brick on your eyes and it doesn’t stay in place very well. Once it softens up, it feels nice and helps take the edge off headaches. The cooling effect is nice, and the fabric itself is soft and comfortable against the skin. The fit is on the larger side, which can be nice once it molds properly. Overall, I’d say this mask is decent but not amazing. It works, but you have to manage the freezing time carefully, which isn’t very convenient. I was hoping for more of a “grab it from the freezer and use immediately” kind of product, like a typical gel ice pack. Read more
