I’ve only had it for about a week, but I love it. Seems well made to me. The handle is really sturdy. I use it as a caddy for my car detail kit - just a guy who likes to keep his car clean, I’m not a pro by any means. Okay, this detailing caddy is pretty awesome. I have a conventional cleaning caddy I use in the house that is very large, maybe five or six times bigger than this one. Works great for use in the house but way too big for the car. i have been keeping Windex, paper towels, cleaners, wax, microfiber towels and other car cleaning gear in a large trunk organizer, but between grocery bags, oil, gloves and other "trunk stuff" that organizer is overstuffed if I try to put the detailing gear in it. I just got this Storage Standard Detailing Caddy two days ago and it has changed my life. First off, it is very, very strong and resilient. Made from an extremely robust 600D fabric, it is more rugged than you could imagine. The frame under the fabric is super strong and just holding the empty caddy you can immediately tell this is more rugged than any other organizer/caddy you have ever seen. And it is not a monstrosity, it actually has a kind of elegant yet industrial look and feel about it. When empty it folds nearly flat to easily stow in little space. It cannot be completely flattened due to its robust construction and underframe, but it gets smaller than you would think from holding it when filled with detailing gear. You can keep it stowed folded down and fill it when you are detailing or keep it in the trunk holding the items you prefer to carry in the car. I do the latter because I have a large SUV with plenty of room to hold stuff. In any case, when you unfold it to hold your gear it becomes a really sturdy caddy that hold its shape perfectly and you will be amazed about how much stuff it carries for it modest size. There are pockets and tool holders galore, enough space to hold most of your detailing gear except your shop vac. But a small hi-tech vacuum/blower fits in it with the other stuff I use all the time. As for the price, $50 feels expensive but once you see & feel and use it you will know it is well worth the cost. I picked up this detailing caddy to organize my car cleaning stuff, and overall it gets the job done. The quality feels good, the material is thick and doesn’t feel cheap at all. It holds up well even when it’s loaded with bottles and tools! That said, I do want to be honest about the size (and value side of things). It’s definitely smaller than I expected. In my opinion, the price and the photos made it look bigger, so keep that in mind. Because of that, the value for money is decent, but I probably would’ve liked it more if it were a bit larger. The pockets are actually really nice though. There are plenty of them, and they make it easy to keep everything organized instead of digging through one big space. Brushes, sprays, and smaller tools all have their own spots. The sturdiness is there for sure. Even when it’s full, it keeps its shape and doesn’t feel like it’s going to collapse. The padded handle is comfortable to carry around too. As for ease of assembly, there’s basically none; you just open it up and it’s ready to use, which I appreciate. This caddy does and excellent job of holding my most used car products so I can cart them to the car I am detailing. Super sturdy. I can carry two foam cannons and all my other essentials out to the driveway without issue. The pockets hold the traditional spray products and waxes perfectly. Where has this been all my life?! I love this caddy! It is well-made, with a super nice padded handle, lots of pockets for all the bits and bobs that one needs for household cleaning. I love that it is smaller than the old style plastic ones, with lots of pockets for smaller items. I can carry everything from full-size spray bottles to rubber gloves, to that old toothbrush I use for grout and everything in between. It does exactly what I have always needed a cleaning caddy to do, and is super easy to tote from one room to the next. Everything has its place, and things are quickly accessible. The listing says it folds flat, and I suppose it does get somewhat smaller, but who would ever fold this thing up? It's awesome! I say give this one a try. Read more
