Just okay, I won’t be buying again.
These gummies were just okay. The flavor left a weird aftertaste and they were kind of hard to chew. I wish they had more strains of probiotics instead of just one but the one it does have, there is evidence to suggest that it helps with vaginal health so that is a plus. I tried this brand to see if I would replace the probiotic I use now, but I don’t think I will try these again. Read more

As I age, I am looking for ways to get the extra support I need. These gummies are easy to take and convenient for travel. The gummies are included to help with gut health, pH balance, and flora. The gummies arrive in a resealable bag of 60 (not individually wrapped). The serving size is 2 gummies per day. These don't contain sugar or gluten. Ingredients include vitamin C and probiotics. These are a good option for those who don't or can't eat yogurt or dairy. If you're new to probiotics, I recommend starting with a smaller dose and slowly adjusting to the full dose, to avoid stomach upset, though that means it will take longer to see the full effectiveness. I'm still working on the gut health aspect, but so far these seem to be helping with the other goals. The price seems fair for what they contain. Read more

I always look forward to taking these. They're tasty, smell fantastic, are easy to take, and overall i believe they made a difference in my overall balance. I truly appreciate that they are gluten free, vegan(not super important to me overall but it feels like a cleaner ingredient list) and sugar free. Thes gummies also have added probiotics and vitamin C. The orange flavor is balanced well and I have thoroughly enjoyed taking them the past few weeks. Read more

I won't get into detail I just feel better ! I almost feel like my balance is coming back on lined like it was since before I had children! Good vitamin to have lady's !! Plus it's so helpful it tastes so good they smell really good as well easy on the stomach as well! Read more
