Love this dress but runs small

I bought this dress for my bow renewal ceremony on the beach. The pics don’t do it justice. The top part is so gorgeous. For reference I’m 5’3 and 150 lbs. According to then size chart I was a size 10, but the golden rule is usually to go up 2 sizes. So I got a 14 and it fits, it’s a little snug but plan on losing weight over the next few months.
