Good entry level knife

It is a good inexpensive entry level knife good stainless steel but not dexsteel. Easy to maintain good sturdy knives, the 360 line it is for everyone as it will not need any special care just the regular honing and occasional full sharpening. If you get it under $20 it is worth it. Read more
