This is high quality and very much weather proof as i have tested it. Fair warning its going to stick to whatever it touches so make sure where you put it is where you want it because its going to stick to it. Im currently using it on the outside to help keep water out for a temp solution and we just had a downpour for nearly an hour and its kept ALL water out and doesnt absorb water at all. The adhesive is Perfect for this as i said once it sticks to something its there lol you can take it off but in pices its not hard to get off whatever its stuck to just peel it off slowly and itll all come off. I put it around my RV door and so far it seems to work. There was some fuzzy weather stripping already in place around my door and I left it in place and put this product right over it. I no longer have cold air seeping through the sides. I am hoping this product will hold up for the upcoming summer heat of Las Vegas. The negative would be that it tears easily. While installing, it ripped. Also peeling the backing off was extremely hard but I guess it makes for very strong adhesion. At first it began to tear the product with the backing so I immediately stopped. I kept working at it and found that peeling from the side seemed to do the trick for me. I wasn't about to waste my money so I had to be patient and finally was able to properly get the backing off so that I could use the product. Read more

Disappointed with the adhesive. I had washed the door and frame, then wiped down with alcohol and let dry. In a week or so it started to come loose, duct tape to the rescue... But I could have just used duct tape by itself. Read more
