I purchased this system and the timer broke. I pulled the information out of the box it was shipped in and followed the directions. Called the number listed on Skype and they answered..Broken english but very helpful. Within 48 hours I had a USPS tracking number for the replacement part. It works good, but must use almost every day/night for good effects. Mine only came with one infared mat. It's a little stiff so the Velcro bands helps keep it in place. Love the automatic shut-off. Read more

These pads work great for my sore neck, back and knees. But I also noticed that using these pads has given me more energy throughout the day. I looked into it, and there is actually scientific proof that LLLT (low-level light therapy) increases cell ATP production. Boy do I feel it! I went a couple days without using the pads, and felt tired again (like I did before I started using them). Used the pads and I'm feeling more energetic throughout the day again! I use the two pads together for 10 minutes, twice a day (anywhere on the body has the energy effect). Flexible Easy to use You can make it as large as most people will need It is a bit subtle for the heating end but infrared is about blood flow and nitric oxide. I haven't had a back problem to test it out on but when I do have back problems, heating pads are what have helped. Infrared is a powerful tool that doesn't feel powerful at all. I purchased this product over 2 years ago, I have used it to heal my knee issues as well as assisting my post-surgery recovery. Right now I am using it to melt belly fat as part of my weight loss journey. In addition to daily exercise and a healthier diet. I'm new to the use of infrared and near infrared therapy and was totally impressed with the simplicity ane easy to understand the initial set-up and use of the product right out of the box. My wife had knee replacement surgery 3 years ago and was having a flare up of excruciating pain which we were unable to control with heat pad, ice pack or pain medication.
