A few weeks before ordering this product I had completed a course of physical therapy and anodyne therapy (near infrared light) and had good results. When my symptoms started returning I started looking at products that would allow me to continue the light therapy at home. The big USA company that offers the true infrared light therapy is very expensive so I looked at this product and decided to give it a try. I am very happy that I did. It is so easy to use, only takes about 90 seconds (already knowing where the electric outlet is) to connect and remove shoe, pull sock down and pant leg up and voila I get my treatment while I work at my desk or watch a movie or take a nap, whatever I can do while sitting down or reclining. After 20 minutes it shuts off, I transfer to the other leg (takes 30 seconds), and again, continue the treatment another 20 minutes. I've been doing this three times every day and I am already feeling the benefits of less pain, less tingling/numbness, better balance -- just what I had hoped for. And I only got it less than a week ago. Will it continue? I plan to cut back to two treatments each day after about another week. I will update when I get there. Update 7-1/2 months later - I'm very impressed with this product. I can now also see that my varicose veins are disappearing -- my legs also look better, areas that formerly had blue veins are now just clear skin. I wish that this company offered a foot & ankle device to use in conjunction but they don't so I will look at other manufacturere to get that additional coverage to use in conjunction with this. It covers the whole area of my knee joint of wear and tear feel. After using it 2-3 times the achiness has subside, but I am also going to physical therapy appointments. I am using this infrared idea to hopefully to get a more permanent result. Also it seems to be well made. Read more

I went to the doctor with terrible knee pain and they told me my knee cartilage was deteriorating and they tried to sell me a $2,000 light system, so I went on Amazon and found this one. This light therapy system has done wonders for my knee, I was using this device once a day for an hour at a time (as this was what the doctor told me to do with the $2,000 system) and the pain on my knee significantly improved from a 8-9 level pain to a 3, and now over a month later I do not have constant pain at all anymore, so I only do the light therapy on my knee every 1 or 2 days for 20-30 minutes. I went from being on a crutch unable to walk without help, to being able to lightly run again in about 6 weeks. The doctor I saw said that most people see results in about 3 months but because I am still younger than most of his knee patients he predicted I would get better faster and it was true! I recommend also doing knee decompression exercises if using this device on your knees as well as taking oral supplements like collagen to help with healing, as this is what worked for me and I can't say enough good things about my recovery. I actually really like this, however after about 2 weeks after i received it it stopped working when the top strap is used. the controller light will go on for an instant but not power the device. When the strap is not used it will turn on correctly. I am returning it and replacing it with the exact same device since i like how it is designed and built, i think this may just be a one off quality issue since the build of it seems quite high quality. I purchased this item to use on my forearms. As an older person, I suffer from thin skin and found that the red light helps with increasing collagen. It seems to be working. Easy to use, it securely wraps around my entire forearm. Read more

This thing feels like a piece of junk with 18 parts you have to place together! Easy to you LOL - no way! you have 4 cables and long wires and trying to carry it is a joke. this is bad. real bad. You can tell it was made in a back room in China! please dont waste your money! Read more

Honest review - no compensation I’ve had this for over a year and I still use it. The red lights are actually strong enough to help reduce inflammation. This brace wraps well around my knee and the light turns off automatically after 20 minutes. It definitely helps with inflammation. If that is the cause of your pain, this will help. In my opinion, the light does not relieve pain, just inflammation. I unwrap this & use it on other areas of my body (back & stomach) and find it helpful to reduce inflammation there too. Read more
