PLEASE READ MY MOST RECENT UPDATE. I TOOK IT FROM A ONE TO A FIVE STAR BECAUSE OF THIS DISCOVERY! Original review: September 1: Ordered these about a year or so ago and they worked well, re-ordered them in August 2025 and it is not the same size or quality I ordered previously. I installed the new gasket and water is leaking out everywhere and does not seem to be making a good seal on my Breville BES870XL Barista Express. Doesn't work, waste of money. Update: These were delivered on September 1, 2025. It is now September 7, 2025. It has blown out AGAIN. I never could get it to pull a shot correctly as it did perfectly before, the previous gasket wore out. The first time I installed this it blew water everywhere still and I have messed with it enough that I got it to at least pull a shot, but it's very apparent that the millimeter of the gasket is too loose. Well this morning, seven days later, the gasket came out again. ITS DRIVING ME CRAZY. Save yourselves the headache and go straight to Breville for the parts, which is what I am doing now. Update: September 18, 2025. It blew out again but we figured out why! Everyone with my same machine, there are internal screws that loosen in the group head and cause this to happen. If you drill through outer plastic and access them you can tighten them without disassembling and your gasket won't keep blowing out. You can look up the placement and exact location of the screws and holes you need to drill on YouTube . I reseated the gasket and after tightening the group head screws, it works perfectly. I brought this product for my breville machine, it fits perfectly and works amazing. I had no idea this part has to be replaced and so my machine was leaking from the sides when brewing, but after I replaced it with this product the leak was gone. Looks nice and thick and great price. Read more

this is the second time i ordered these. First set were great. They fit my espresso machine. Re-ordered a year later and ordered 4 just in case. Today the gasket blew on the machine so reached to grab these. Unfortunately they didn't fit, they were just a tad too loose. Both packages were the same and i have to throw them away and order new ones again. Hesitant to reorder from this company even though my first order gasket was a great quality. Read more

I’ve had my Breville Barista Express for 5+ years and the old ring was pretty worn. Finally got around to changing the seal and the process was easy and made a huge improvement. Just don’t install it upside down like I did the first time! Read more

I have a Breville Infuser that started to leak when heating, stopped dispensing hot water, and would not steam. It DID make espresso coffee, but leaked quite a bit through from the screen area when finished. This new gasket took less than 10 minutes to install requiring only a small hex wrench and a couple of very small flat head screwdrivers to gently pry the old gasket out. Note that I was being extra careful not to tear the old gasket as I could not see any damage to it (just in case). If your old gasket is clearly damaged, use a needle nose plier to remove it in a few seconds. The 10 minutes of time included cleaning the water diffuser and the socket for the portafilter/gasket. My Infuser is now functioning as new! No idea on durability, but as I have two of these things, if each last one year I'll call it a major win. Read more

Fits perfectly and machine works like new again . Steam would leak out before due to a tear in the original ring. Easy to replace. Read more
