Dickies Mens Tough Max Duck Cargo Pant

Haven't had this pair very long, but so far I like them. Would I buy another pair...maybe. I'm trying out different work/casual pants. They seem tough, but not too stiff. The cargo pockets are not as big as some may like, but I'm able to fit my smart phone in one of the leg pockets. I don't know if larger waist size pants would have more room in the legs and seat. These are a "regular" fit. To me they are a slim fit. Most pants these days are tailored for guys that might be a little more "weight" challenged and they will fall off of me. I'm a tall and slim build. There are other work pants costing less and those costing a lot more. I keep pants until they wear out. Hoping these last a few years. UPDATE 2/2024: I've had these pants for 3 yrs now and it's time to retire them to "work at home pants". They have tears in them, primarily around the corners of the cargo pockets. These pants have been through it. Extremely durable! From various work sites to casual setting. My husband wore them for years before needing any patches, usually he busts out of jeans within 7-8 months. My husband looks so good in these pants and he likes the way they fit. These fit as expected. The slightly elastic wait makes them very comfortable. The protected button is riveted, like a pair of jeans, so should last longer than rental company pants. The tool pockets on the thigh are large and well placed. Only problem is that after 2 month wear and wash, the fabric is starting to pill a little. Pants fit well and are comfortable. Seem well made but are not like extra durable work pants. Great for everyday use like jeans. My only complaint is the Velcro on the pockets. I don’t like Velcro pockets to begin with, and these no longer stick after a few weeks but still catch pet hair. Not a big deal since I don’t need the pockets to close, just annoying. Decent work pants, lightweight and look nice but they are super tight around the crotch. Maybe would help to buy a size or two wider if you want the boys to breathe. Also, the tightness around the crotch and thinness of the pants makes me feel like they might tear if I have to do a lot of lunging/squating. Read more
