I purchased this air fryer over other models because of the simplicity of the control panel. It doesn’t have a bazillion buttons that you’ll never use. Start/stop, time, and temp is really all you have to choose from (their are 1 set of +/- buttons that work for adjusting the temp or time). I have had this for 10 months and use it several times a week and have not experienced any issues. Very versatile. When first trying to cook various items remember YouTube is your friend. For example one of my first cooks was chicken wings, went to YouTube, typed in “air fryer chicken wings” and presto there are dozens of tutorial videos. Love this air fryer! Easy to use and clean and the food is crispy and juicy! I was amazed! So easy to open, check your food and when you close it, the timer and temperature picks up where you left off unlike some of the others that I read complaints about. I cook mostly in pots and ovens, so when I heard how the latest craze is air frying, I had to try it. The unit itself is extremely easy to use and cook with. The cleaning is not too bad since it has a teflon type coating. So most oil and grease comes off with a light sponge and soapy water. As for cooking, its amazing. Fries, wings, steaks, hamburgers, come out fantastic. My wife is a vegetarian and her vegetables come out better than the oven. Cooks very well on the outside and keeps the moisture on the inside since air frying is mostly blowing on the outside of foods and leaving the inside cooked but moist. The only dislike is the main basket. Since it has side vents , it will leaks out grease or oil when pulling it out and tilting it. Also, takes up a lot of counter space in my kitchen. Measures about 13" round plus handle extension. Note: Do not tilt basket to get the food out or you will get burned from grease or the inner grate will fall out. Just remove your food gently with a plastic soon or spatula and let cool off before washing. Overall, mechanically this is an excellent fryer. If you like air frying, this is just as good as others out there if not better. Read more

Plenty of space to make food. Helps you eat clean. I love making sweet potato fries in it. Just spray with some pam. I've replaced the microwave and even some stove top with this wonderful machine. This is my 1st air fryer so I have no basis of comparison. Overall I find it easy to use and it works well at cooking chicken wings. The lower basket liner is kind of a pain to clean, and if you are trying to cook a 2nd bag (since i dont cook more than 2lbs at a time), the liquid can pool up under the tray and leak out if you are tilting the basket to get your food out. In the 3 weeks of ownership I've used it daily since its arrival and done tater tots, chicken legs, homemade chicken nuggets and everything has come out great. I dont know much about this product but the price seemed good for such a large air fryer, plus the warranty is pretty cheap so I added that on in case it cant pass a 3 year stress test. I am Loving this air fryer. In the two or so weeks that I have had this wonder in my home, I have : "fried" crispy chicken breasts with about a teaspoon of oil: made crisp bacon, homemade French "fries", fresh apple chips and pop corn. All of these items made with a teaspoon or less of oil. Clean up is a breeze, one paper towel, sometimes a moist paper towel and clean as a whistle. I highly recommend this air fryer. Everything works great on this air fryer, except for the single most important button, the start/stop button. Because of the touch screen on this air fryer, there's no way to make positive contact with the button, so sometimes it only works if you press well below or above where the button appears on the screen. Or, sometime you have to 'swipe' your finger across the general area where the start/stop button is. This wouldn't be a big deal if it wasn't THE MOST IMPORTANT CONTROL ON THE WHOLE UNIT! Your food can get cold once you flip it over in the fryer and then spend 10 minutes trying to make the 'start' button respond again. I may return this unit, and I would not recommend it to a friend.
