I've had this thing for over a month now and on three separate occasions I have been late to work because the alarm does not sound at the time I have set. I thought maybe it was user error somehow but I have double and triple checked (I mean how hard is it to set an alarm?) the alarm was properly set and it does not go off. Quite expensive for a digital alarm that doesn't properly work and now my work thinks I'm a chronically late employee. Maybe pass on this one if you need something reliable.. Read more

I cant change the alarm sound. It has 30 different sounds to go to sleep to, but only has one alarm sound. And it is terrible.That really disappointed me. The charger works, but my phone has to be in just the right spot. The wireless charger works better with iPhones I believe. I still use my phone for my alarm which is the man reason I bought this. The clock is great. All of the features are nice. It is aesthetically appealing. The customer service team is excellent. Just be aware one one tiny detail that is off on this clock. It does not switch from AM to PM at 12 midnight and 12 noon respectively but rather it turns over at 1am and 1 pm. This is a design flaw that I was told is being fixed. Read more
