Easy to put on and compatible with the digital version PS5 and it looks 10x better than the original fave plate. It would be even better if it had the PlayStation logo. My kid loves it and add just the amount of razzle dazzle with the color black on black. Read more

The matte black covers look great and was "mostly" very easy to install. I have 2 issues with these covers. Number 1: They came shipped with no outer box, just the box that appears to be the manufacturer's product box. Additionally, the box was not secured at all, no tape...nothing. Anyone could simply open the box or it could have opened in shipment and possibly gotten damaged. Fortunately, the covers arrived undamaged. Number 2: One of the covers refused to line up and "click" in. I've watched many videos and have already removed and put back the original white covers very easily a few times. The bottom cover snapped in with no real difficulty. I had to line it up a couple of times as one of the pegs didn't at first go in. The top cover on the other hand was a real pain. It simply would not line up over many tries. I was ready to return this item but I wanted to give it one more chance, so I waited until the next day and tried again. After again struggling to get this cover to snap in and sit properly, I finally heard that "click" and it was in...YES! It seems that with this top cover all the pegs were lined up correctly but it was not snapping in to the 2 holes behind the Playstation logo to secure it. I tried pressing down in that area but I didn't want to put too much pressure for fear of damaging the PS5. Eventually, with some evenly applied pressure it snapped in. These are equivalent to the originals other than there is no PS log but it was another $20 for the official PS with logo so these are excellent especially for the price. Read more
Straight out of Atlanta Ga it was on time and was as described. Easy to install and gives you the luxury look versus the PlayStation institution look.
