The pillow was like other inflatable sex pillows: durable, easy to inflate, easy to deflate, very portable for travel, soft on the skin, very comfortable, easy to clean with baby wipes, and most importantly, fulfills my needs. Initially, I was skeptical for the dildo hole in the pillow and didn't think it will hold in place firmly and would just be a hassle and slip off and need to be reinserted/repositioned in the pillow often. However, it has these two small elongated inflatable tubes, that act as spacers/fillers/risers for the size dildo you need to prevent it from sinking down the hole. Additionally, when you inflate the pillow, add the desired air filled spacer tube when it's halfway filled, blow more air, then when it's about 75% full, insert the dildo, inflate more air, reposition the dildo and the pillow expands to full expansion, and keep blowing air until you pretty much can't anymore. Don't worry it won't break or pop. By doing that, the dildo will be grabbed/stuck in place by the edges of the pillow in the inflated hole. It will stay put! The best dildos to try are the ones that are battery operated and thrust/vibrate/heat up. I got this because I’ve recently got back into more lower half stimuli, but this pillow is miserably made, the hole it has is designed for only the largest of toys and doesn’t fit anything conventional that I have, on top of that it’s far too small to actually use conveniently and it just becomes uncomfortable.
