In a word: fun! I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect from this nightlight. And I tell you I am still pleasantly surprised. After decades being just fine with an ordinary nightlight in the bathroom when I have guests, this light really added something to the welcome. Like any nightlight, it’s functional—you can just plug it into a handy outlet—but unlike other nightlights, you are going to want to have it in a spot where it can be admired—for example at counter level in a bathroom. The overall look is sleek and artistic—as if it has been made from hand blown glass. Bubbles in the clear portion add an ethereal sense. A sliding adjustment allows you to set the brightness to whichever level you’d like, and a sensor assures that it lights up only when conditions are dark. This is a bit larger than ordinary nightlights, but looks so much like an expensive piece of glass art that it is worthy of the space it takes up. It is of good quality, and it shows. Read more

The high quality materials and function of this night light make it seem more like a real light fixture. It's heavy and solid, and sits firmly in the wall socket. The dimmer slider works perfectly, it's easy to see and easy to move, and the dimming function is great. Even on the brightest setting of this light, there is no painful glare, it is super easy on the eyes and makes a gentle warm glow that diffuses in the room and is as bright or dim as you want or need it to be. It comes with a little folded booklet of information that explains the dusk to dawn light sensing function and how the light will turn itself off in bright light. I needed this night light for the bath at night but this beautiful light would look good and function well anywhere you want to use it. It's a very attractive and upscale looking light that would go with any decor. It is definitely an upgrade over the night light I was using before and I like this light very much. The facets in the clear acrylic housing don't show as well as they might in the product images. It's so pretty, it reminds me of antique glass doorknobs, I've always loved them. Read more

I simply love this night light, which I think looks so sleek & attractive; it, to me, is reminiscent of the glow of a mass of stars when illuminated. I like the size of it - about 4 1/4" tall x about 2" wide & cylindrical in shape; not including the attached black base which plugs into the wall. The outside of the lamp is covered with indented, diamond shapes which lend interest to its lighting effect, & the lamp has LED lighting including a brightness control which I can adjust with a sliding button on the side of the base. The base measures about 2" wide x 2 1/8" tall & is attached to a gold tone band which measures about 1 1/4" wide & secures the base to the lamp. The instructions were clear & easy to follow, & I had the light ready to use in mere minutes with no batteries or lamps needed. I feel this night light is a good value, because it is well made & has a current look yet functions as a traditional light for comfort, security or just extra ambiance for my home. The only thing I would add might be a silver tone or other color choices for the band on the lamp to match a room's decor. As it is, I highly recommend this intriguing night light! Read more
