After a couple of mishaps on the delivery, and after contacting the company, they responded immediately, and resolved all my issues with fed ex. And they even kept up on it and messaged me about the delivery. They seriously went way beyond to help me have my chairs for Christmas dinner tomorrow. The chairs are beautiful and so comfortable, well made and very sturdy. very very easy to put the legs on. I couldn't be more happier. I am truly impressed with this company and their outstanding customer service. I could clearly see it wasn't about the sell, it was about the customer being happy. Well Built and Sturdy but Seat Padding Too Rigid
The upholstered chairs are well-made and sturdy. Was quite surprised to see a zippered underlining for storage. However, for me, the seat padding is too rigid and felt uncomfortable to sit on. There is little give when you sit on the chair. Other than that, the chairs are very well-constructed and might well satisfy a person with different padding needs.
