I am in love with my new chair! It works great. Had a few issues with the delivery service through no fault of the seller. The customer service was wonderful though and I have To say that the seller kept in contact with me and work through all the issues. I was able to use the chair immediately out of the box! Which was fantastic!!! We use it in the salon to perform dry pedicures as well as lash extensions. It is super comfortable and made of a high quality material. It’s easy to keep clean. I love that I am able to make payments on it as well without interest for a year through Amazon. I wish I had purchased this chair when I first opened the salon. I had ordered a different hydraulic unit on eBay and it’s nice ....but this chair is better for just a few dollars more with a lot more features. of I expand I will definitely get another one of these units. We were looking for a chair with a motorized leg rest and this was worth the extra cost. It's very sturdy, super comfortable and perfect for reclining patients for spa type procedures. It arrived quickly and was easy to assemble. It also came with 2 different head rests which came in handy. Purchased one last year with the non-motorized leg extension....bought this one for a little extra and it is so worth it. Fully motorized to raise, lower, and even tilt. This is perfect for a medical office, dental, esthetician, tattoo artist, etc. the headpiece is changeable and you can have the center removed for facial or for when a patient is prone. The media could not be loaded. This is our second purchase of one of these chairs that we added to our third laser treatment room. We decided to go gray this time because it hides small scuffs and product stains. Our white one has a blue spot we can't get out after someone wore freshly dyed jeans on the treatment chair. Very happy with our purchase and will buy a third one when we expand. Controls work as they're supposed to and the bed manually swivels 360 degrees which is very convenient. Read more
We have two of these chairs from DIR for our aesthetic practice. The chair is comfortable, comes with a high grade durable surface and helps give our practice a more professional appeal. I’d go with the darker surface. The white looks great, but shows everything. The second chair is a dark grey, looks equally as sharp. Read more

I have had this chair for about 6 months now and i still love it. it is very comfortable for my clients, only problems i have had is the teeth that hold the chair in place have grinded down and now the chair spins a bit so i have to hold it when my clients are getting up in it. I don't know how to fix this yet, but the chair is very nice. the remote controls are a little slow and you have to do one part at a time but all my clients absolutely love it. I use this chair for tattooing! another annoying bit is the bottom base is a bit wide so it can be in the way sometimes but i work around it. Read more
