Above and beyond
So first I want to start by saying these shot glasses were a hit at the party. It was a peach themed party and these shot glasses were the favorite part of it for most people. Now let’s get down to business. We ordered 20 glasses and they came out perfect. Until the next day when we washed them. A few of them already started to peel. We washed them with soap and water and just a regular wash cloth. Not sure what happened. I reached out to the seller and at first I thought it was gonna go the wrong way. I was told I washed them wrong and they needed to be hand washed. They didn’t know what I did and I was at fault as I read it wrong it. I explained what happened and how many were affected. These were not returnable nor would we get a refund as they were custom made. I can’t argue with that nor did I want to. I understood. Now to the best part. After explaining what I did and asking what can be done, they did not hesitate to respond very quickly. They explained they wouldn’t be able to issue a refund but would be more than willing to replace the damaged ones. So that’s exactly what they did. I honestly forgot about them until my wife asked me the other day. I told her I would reach out, which I also forgot, and ask about them. Well today they showed up and they look just as good as the other ones. I want to take a moment to say thank you to the sellers as you made this process easy and honestly stress free. Thank you for responding very quickly and resolving the issue. I can not wait to do more business with you and for anyone reading this to know that you are the one to work with when needing custom work done. The value was worth it. The craftsmanship was worth it. The customer service was beyond satisfactory. Overall a great experience and finally a review I was way than happy to leave. Certainly the longest.
