My daughter is 3.5 and wears 4T clothes, so I bought the 4T size and they fit perfectly. It definitely helps with potty training when the child doesn’t want to pee on Anna and Elsa and “make them sad”. We’ve had these for 2 1/2 months, they’ve been washed many times, and are still holding up like they’re brand new. The characters are super cute and the fabric is soft and breathable. The “countdown calendar” type box is a fun idea, but my daughter just tore the entire thing apart to get to the much anticipated Frozen undies lol.
