When I travel, there is often a thought that runs through my head: Are the sheets clean? The last thing I want is to be bitten by bed bugs or risk bringing them home on my clothing. To solve this conundrum, I recently tried disposable travel bed sheets, which come as a complete set including 1 bed sheet, 1 quilt cover, and 2 pillowcases. The sheets are made from a soft, breathable non-woven fabric that feels surprisingly comfortable against the skin. I wasn’t expecting much in terms of comfort from disposable sheets, but these exceeded my expectations. Having the full set was a huge plus to keep all the body parts covered. Using them was simple. They come vacuum-packed, so they fit easily in my luggage, and setting them up on the bed took only a minute. I especially appreciated how lightweight and durable they felt, with no unpleasant chemical smells. Plus, tossing them after use was much easier than worrying about laundering travel bedding and the possibility of bringing home critters. I can see these being handy for business trips or when visiting family. This disposable bedding set has solved a big problem I often face when traveling. I usually stay at very nice hotels or resorts, but occasionally I am surprised by the bed linens even in nice places. These are a perfect solution for that surprise. I have taken linens with me when I travel by car, but that is nearly impossible when flying until now. What a great idea. You can pack a couple of these in your bag and just in case you have them, then throw them away. I didn't use the whole set, I just wanted to see what I thought of the material so I used one of the pillow cases. I put it over my regular pillow which is Queen sized and it was a good fit. Not sure it would fit over a king-sized pillow. I would probably buy the king sized because you never know if you are getting two queen beds or a king sometimes. That way if you take a King set it will fit either way. I thought the fabric was nice and soft, it did not tear as they caution and I slept just fine on my regular pillow and didn't notice the difference. The fabric is not woven it is thinner than fabric sheets. I would think it would be okay for 3 maybe 4 days max but not more than that. I would pack a couple of these packages for a one week stay.
