Fantastic. Love that it’s a two pack so I can leave one in the freezer while I’m using the first, so if the headache isn’t gone by the time I warm up the first one, I can simply rotate and keep going. Also nice that it has cut out eyes so I can still see without taking it off! Feels great for tension or sinus headaches both. Has Velcro strap on the back of the head so it’s adjustable for your head, too. Just overall very effective and comfortable. Read more

I thought this was going to be a pretty straightforward item, but I was disappointed by it in a few different ways. One is that pulling it out of the freezer and putting it right on your face is way too cold. I thought there might be some flocking or a sleeve to distance it from your skin a but, but nope--this is like putting a fresh ice pack directly on your skin with no buffer. Another downside is that the velcro straps that fasten around the back of your head are too short. When the mask was frozen, I pulled on the straps as hard as I could (without breaking it) to get any of the velcro fastener to grab. It barely grabbed and then popped off a second later. I finally had to soften up the mask a bit to get it those extra few millimeters of flex to get the velcro to hold. I do not have a giant head. I'm not petite, but my head fits into normal hats, no problem. Looking at the mask and the velcro straps, just on the counter with nobody's head in it, it seems absurd that they expect a head to fit in there looking at the proportion of the eyes on the mask. Lastly, the coolness of the mask feels nice on my face (once it thaws to a reasonable level), but it doesn't touch my eyes/eyelids at all. So if you're trying to use this to reduce eye puffiness, it doesn't touch the meaningful spots where you would want it to sit. I would recommend saving your money by using a regular ice pack (with a sleeve so you don't burn your skin with frost) and just placing it over your eyes while you rest on the couch or in bed. There's no sense using a zorro mask like this that won't even touch the right areas and that doesn't fit around your head. Read more
