Outstanding Customer Service! I recently purchased a Divevolt dive case, and I couldn’t be happier with both the product and the customer service. The case is solid, well-built, and fits my phone perfectly and you can tell it’s made for serious underwater use. What really stood out, though, was the incredible support from their team. They responded quickly, guided me to the correct model for my phone. That level of care and attention is rare these days! I purchased mine this morning and can’t wait to take it diving. I highly recommend Divevolt to anyone looking for reliable gear and a company that truly values its customers. — Sean H. Read more

I bought this for travel, tested in my pool about 9ft deep and noticed it had a minor leak. I requested a replacement and the very next day it was already delivered. I gave it another try and boom it worked great! All my screen functions work and video comes out clear. Cons: Most is plastic so durability is questionable if it gets dropped. It seems a little heavy for travel. The worst part is you have to remove your phone’s protective case and screen protector for this to work. If you don’t remove screen won’t work properly and the phone gets stuck inside the case. I understand they made it snug on purpose but they should engineer a way to at least work with a screen protector. After researching a bit this is probably best in class and although not cheap it is cheaper than other options that work well. I would recommend to purchase. Read more

Super easy to use. Only 2 screws to close/tighten it and you're ready to go. No need for buttons which is always a big plus. There's a membrane that allows you to use your finger the same way you would use it out of the water. There's only a minor issue, you need to remove the screen protector of your phone in order for the phone not to get stuck inside but divevolk already alerts to that. For me, it is not an issue as I have a leather flip phone case so the screen is always protected when it is closed. There's several add ons you can play with. I have the clamp that allows you to start customising your setup by adding a frame that will allow you to add lights or strobes for example or just a regular red filter or add a macro or wide angle lens. You can listen to music underwater at shallow or deep water. You can browse between videos and photos to see what you've just done in the moment. You can read an article whilst waiting for your safety stop to be over. You can write a message to your buddy instead of pulling out a white slate. If you have a fish slate photo/image saved, you can easily identify fish underwater for a fish ID adventure. You literally, have almost all functions of your phone available (no, you can't phone anyone or use data underwater and surprise someone when they are on the boat). And the best part is that everything is already on your phone instead of having to then transfer your media from your gopro or other devices to your phone so you can either enjoy or show someone, even immediately after you get back to the boat. Just make sure to also enjoy your dive and not only focus on your phone. Read more

First dive and first day of my dive trip housing leaked and completely ruins my new iPhone . I was able to take pictures the first 20 feet, but after I noticed I couldn’t take any more pics. After I surfaced and opened the housing it was full of water. Such a bummer because after that I had no phone/camera the rest of my 3 week trip. I was able to send back to Amazon since I returned the day before the 30 day return was up, but unfortunately the accessories I bought (the dome and filters totally $200) were just after the 30 days and Amazon wouldn’t let me return. When I reached out to Divevolk and told them my plight, after a lot of back and forth they said I could return them but I would have to send to Germany! Shipping would be over $100! It seems like a sketchy company. The response I got back from them was not professional at all. Read more

Worked perfectly for 50 dives and counting, with depths down to 80ft, and seems like it’ll last for many more dives. Pics have great clarity. It’s nice to have access to my touch screen while diving. Read more

This phone case definitely is capable of keeping your phone dry, in up to a certain depth of water. It can actually go surprisingly deep, and is really well-made. When I saw the ad, I thought the device itself was going to be a lot smaller. But, it is actually designed to fit any phone on the market inside. They just 3-D print specific phone holders, that securely hold your phone in place, inside. it is still definitely a cool design. But it is a little bit bulky, and you have to remove your screen protector, before putting your phone into the waterproof case. It says that it will not be able to recognize touches if not. It also says you cannot swipe up while your phone is in the device. That sounded a little weird to me, but I guess it will ruin the protective screen. The screen also has air bubbles in it, and that is "normal" too. if you do a lot of underwater shooting, with your cell phone, then this device might be for you. It cost me $10, every time I have to put a new screen protector on my phone. So, every time I want to use this waterproof case I have to keep that in mind. it is a big investment, unless you are going to keep your phone locked in it all the time. I even thought of that as a possibility, but when the case got here, it was way too big for that to be an option. overall, this case is exactly as described in the ad though. It is definitely waterproof, very well-made, and pretty durable. The screen is fragile though so keep the protector that comes with it, for when it's not in use. They can also custom fit you a phone holder, if yours isn't on the list. it is a universal case, with Phone specific inserts. Still pretty cool. Read more

I was really hoping this was going to work. The first one I received had a little piece of plastic broke off of it and another seemed used. I finally gave up and will look for something else. Read more
