Skinny legs? This is your boot! 13.5 circumference calf, 6.5 M foot, 5'2". The endless search for over the knee boots has finally ended! These have a very soft flexible shaft. For a short person like me, this means that a little of stiff boots are too tall for me- I can't bend my knee in then. The foot is firm and round toe is perfect. They fit true to size.
