These are quite literally the most ADORABLE blankets on the market. By far! HOWEVER! HOWEVER!! HOWEVER!!!! When it advertised that it is the “Biggest Blanket Around!”, I should have known better than to EVER just ASSUME! I thought it meant what it ADVERTISED! Now… in most circumstances or probably 9 times out of 10, I would be willing to trade the cuteness for size and just get two blankets. But I ASSUMED for some reason that this blanket was MUCH MUCH LARGER THAN IT ACTUALLY IS. I guesstimated that it would AT LEAST be 108 inches, but was convinced that it was going to be even bigger than 118 inches . Maybe somewhere around 118 in. X 118 in. . Yah know? Since it is the “Biggest Blanket Around” and all?!? I’m not sure why I ordered this so thoughtlessly. Normally, I do a whole investigative dive into anything and everything that goes into my cart. Let alone, anything that I hit that “buy now” button for. I am in need of a picnic blanket so big because my family consists of four adults and depending how many friends my two kids bring along— anywhere from 2-6 kiddos. Like I said I surely wouldn’t have minded purchasing two because we will get much use out of both; but I messed up and fell for an advertisement. I ASSUMED. We went to walk out the door and luckily we decided to unroll it and check the size. What a JOKE! I was so angry at myself! And irritated that a business would say something so ridiculous! This blanket is definitely big enough for maybe 3-4 kiddos. But it is dang sure no where near being the “biggest blanket around”. I would feel embarrassed if I did that to someone. Yet alone THE WORLD! I wanted one of the fringe ones! I wanted it to be big enough!! At least big enough for the adults! Or even big enough for just the kids. Ummm, NO! My girls both brought a friend with so we had a total of four 7 year olds. I would’ve been heated if we arrived an hour and a half away and realized it while we were way out in the National Park! Luckily, I had this feeling about it as we were packing up. So I had to stop at Target. I ended up purchasing three picnic blankets as this cute LITTLE thing is going back. I was so excited to have such a cute picnic blanket, too! Sad thing is… their biggest picnic blanket is the size of most regular sized and many small sized ones of other brands or companies!! We ended up only having to use one of the picnic blanket I purchased at Target. I probably would’ve needed three of this one that I am reviewing! Either make a picnic blanket that is ACTUALLY the “biggest blanket around”, **OR** remove your false advertisement from Amazon listing! In normal circumstances, I would’ve just ordered a second one. Even after buying the others from Target! Just because this one is THE CUTEST picnic blanket I have seen! Those fringes are to die for! I normally would’ve just purchased a second. But I am so angry about that advertisement stating such bass ackwords explanation of their very own product, that I think I am on strike from purchasing from them. UNLESS!!!! Unless— they actually end up creating the real “biggest blanket around!” And make it ACTUALLY BE BIGGER THAN MOST SMALL OR AVERAGE SIZED PICNIC BLANKETS! Read more
