Disappointed

So far, these balls have withstood my heavy chewing dog. She is a 35 lb, predominantly Doberman and Rottweiler mix with 8 other breeds mixed in. She loves to chew and destroy! She loves balls and these roll great, bounce surprisingly high and erratically which she loves. I am concerned with the material, especially the bumpy ones, that she will chew those off if given the opportunity. I don’t know what material these are made of and the ad said Dog safe so I hope they are honest. So far, we have only played with these for short periods under supervision, so I don’t know how these will hold up when/if she is left alone with them. I will update this if necessary, but so far I am pleased. ** Update - a 20 minute heavy chewing session and my dog ate 2 of the bumps off. Despite me being right there she unfortunately ate one. I am very disappointed and I really hope she doesn’t have any complications. So far the plain ball seems to be a better choice. Read more

Good balls for happy dogs

I have two 90 lb pittie mixes. They both love toys but they also both destroy them. Balls are especially a favorite. They go through tennis balls like nobody’s business. So far these have been great. They’re lightweight, easy to pick up, but very resistant to being torn apart. Each of mine has their favorite. My one loves the two smooth balls. My other walks around with the nubbed ones in his mouth constantly. A good set of balls for dogs who love to play but otherwise are a terror on their toys. Read more
