Was thinking that this bed was gonna be flat due to the packaging but was pleasantly surprised. Gave it a couple quick shakes and it plumped up perfectly. I added an old fluffy robe just to make it more cozy and the bed itself is still thick and comfortable. SO HAPPY I found it. ______________________________________ This is Rowan, my Tortoiseshell cat. She loves this bed! First, it said give it 24 hours to fluff up. Fluffed up immediately, just shook it a little. The sides aren't rigid, but don't just fold over like many beds do. The bed part is SO thick and soft. I smelled it because SO often things wrapped in plastic can smell of chemicals, after about an hour of leaving it to just really fluff and sit there, I smelled it and it smelled...GOOD! Two cats (who liked each other!) who weren't more than maybe 11-12 pounds should fit in just the single bed! If you're on the fence re this bed, ESP while it's on sale, I would say go for it.
