This does exactly what it’s supposed to do: protects your car. And for the price, I’d absolutely recommend it. Installation is easy, it stays put well, and it creates a solid barrier between your seats and whatever chaos your dog brings along for the ride. Depending on your car size or dog size, it might feel a little small, but honestly, something is better than nothing. If I could put my very hairy, very slobbery golden retriever in a bubble, I would, but until science catches up, this is a solid solution. This seat cover hooks over neck rests. The side "windows" which I was real excited for (slobber windows, anyone?) are of no value, as they are at seat level, not window level. I selected black & oran6which looks awesome. Dogs seems to think it's comfy, but they don't complain much. It's super easy to clean by simply wiping warm, soapy cloth. Material and sew quality are good. It comes with a mini leash to hook dog's harness to truck, but I never could get it hooked just right. Functions better as seat protection than anything. This is much nicer quality than my previous car seat cover. I love that the entire thing is quilted, even the Velcro openings for the seatbelts buckles (my old one separated and frayed in that area). The seat anchors are really well designed and sturdy. I love the side panels that you can zip up to cover the door. My dog has a habit of stepping on the window button and rolling down the window while I’m driving, so this should keep that from happening. The only criticism I have is that the zippers for the door panels are in the inside. I think it would make more sense to have them on the outside, so you could unzip them more easily, and the dog couldn’t bite at them (which my dog does). If you don’t want to use the side panels, they can be folded under the seat and you don’t even notice them. I have a Hyundai Elantra and it fully covers the entire back seat. In fact, I think it’s even a little wider than it needs to be, so it should easily fit a lager back seat comfortably. Read more

This is a perfect seat hammock protector for car seats against dogs nails doing damage. We like this one very much and it is the thickness of a light moving blanket. This is much thicker than others we have bought in the past and its more comfortable for our 20lb male Chihuahuas that love riding in the car. They have traction on this material so the dogs feel secure and planted while the car is moving. Its the perfect size for our Honda Civic sedan back seat. This should last the life of the car its so well put together. Its a good value for money. We would absolutely buy this again should we ever need another. Our last one this replaced was just very thin nylon and while it worked it did not inspire confidence for the dogs little feet getting traction. Now they can stand and look around freely. I've had several dog car seats in the past (ride mid size SUV), and this is one of the nicest. I like the material; it is not thin, and diverse materials are used throughout the seat, from the surface to the bottom and side by side. It's well-structured and will stay in good shape if installed appropriately. I appreciate the side mesh side with the zipper because it prevents the dog from slipping their foot on the gap space near the door or spreading fur on the side, which is difficult to clean. I have a career change dog who rides on the passenger floor having being trained to stay between the owner's feet or beneath a seat for safety and practicality. I folded this seat in half and figured out my own installation method, which works perfectly! (Please see images.) It covers the sides and seats and can keep the passenger seat clean! I love it! If your puppy prefers to ride in the front seat, I believe you may install this on the passenger seat by folding it in half, as I did on the floor. Here's some honest review, no instructions are included, and the pieces (seat anchor clip, buckles) are plastic and uncertain to survive long. Anchor clips, especially (for hanging the mesh side cover at the door), are difficult to manage clip in and out of. But I am still happy with this seat and good value for money, so decided not deduct any stars. Read more
