For $10 vs $23 for other brands this is great. I spent about $10 on PetSmart store brsnd one 7 years ago that broke so like to see how long this lasts. We’ve used these once so far but they are sharp and accurate! (You just know what you’re doing with specific types of nails, there’s no guard on the clippers) Made it a breeze to trim our babies claws. He is a min pin chi, so smaller black nails, we cut until we see the black dot surrounded by white, he never bleeds. He barely flinches with these as long as dad holds him, they’re very sharp so it’s easy to be quick. Read more

I have an 85lb bully mix and he is the most lovable guy - but not with nail trims. He HATES having his nails cut. This is amazing and has made cutting his nails sooooo much easier for me! Provides stability and more confidence on my part while he’s moving and yanking. Blade also feels thinner and sharper than the typical nail clippers. I’m able to get but smaller slivers off that wasn’t possible with the normal ones. Super helpful while we’re trying to get his quicks pushed back. Read more
Didn't really like this product very much and I don't think my dog likes it either. He was more scared of it. It didn't give a clean cut either it was a bit uneven and fractured. I think the quicker you press down, the better the cut is, but I don't prefer this product and returned it. I did like the concept of this nail cutter, but I will stick with the scissor type. I wish this product was a bit sharper. Perhaps that would have helped it give a cleaner cut. Or maybe this is better for dogs with bigger nails? It's lightweight, small and easy to use. Read more

So much better than more expensive guillotine style ones- sharper - and my cat loved having a sharp one again- also came with the cutest mini nail file for her, which she LOVED!!!! I’ve tried my own on her before, thinking maybe she would like it similar to being brushed and not mind nail trimming sessions as much, but she didn’t like mine. I gave this one a try and I’m so glad I did- now she actually enjoys her trims. She got so relaxed. Also, she was very uncomfortable until I changed to guillotine style, and she doesn’t mind too much as long as it is sharp and can get the job done quickly Read more
