Product was received on time as advertised. Well packed with all attachments. I like the design, it is not heavy. The suction is strong. My 4-year old,10lb Maltipoo has a thick, curly coat and so far this machine is performing great. It's not loud and has not scared her. It helps that she loves to get brushed. 6+ Stars! The vacuum makes the hair stand up so it is so easy to trim my two fur babies! I am buying more to give as gifts. The noise is ok, nothing like a real vacuum cleaner. Three levels so start off on low. The higher the level the more vacuum suction on the hair. A huge bonus is I am not covered in hair and no hair on the grooming table. I have cocker spaniels & have been grooming them for over 40 years. I have always had problems doing a decent "puppy cut" when they were older, the coat had changed & they were less tolerant of grooming. Although I have only used this once so far - it was extremely easy to use, quiet as any clippers I have used, cut the coat neatly & easily, collected the hair/ fur as advertised. This was the best purchase!! I no longer have to spend hours on the floor with traditional clippers and scissors. I finished the first session in 45 minutes, and I expect it to get even faster as I get used to the system. I was initially skeptical about how it would handle her unique coat, she’s a mix with wiry hair underneath soft locks and some past clippers got stuck or bogged down. I don’t ever leave reviews but tbh this is the best invention ever lol I been grooming my Maltese and shitzu for over a decade myself now and this has sped up the process and made it easier. There’s less clean up. My wife was laughing at how I literally had a smile on my face the entire time I was grooming them today because I was so impressed with the product lol. I hope it lasts a long time! I love products that make my life easier! It’s also very quiet and idk if it’s because of the suctioning but the blade doesn’t get super hot which I hated because it would hurt my dogs and I’d have to wait for the blade to cool down or I’d put it up against ice to continue shaving them.
