The media could not be loaded. Pump is cheap. Took a couple of tries before we could get it to pump air in the ball, but my dogs love it! They have bitten it and tried to do tug of war and it has withstood their tests. The foam was pierced but whatever material (I believe its TPU but check description) was used on the inside was intact and kept all the air inside. Overall, happy with my purchase, and my dog had a great birthday with this ball! Edit: Ball was used for only 6 days before a hole punctured it. And, I only let them play with it outside to try to make it last longer. Unfortunately since I waited for her bday to give her the toy I no longer have warranty for it.
