This bag is even better than I expected! I have a senior pit bull and a very active jack chi mix and we typically spend weekends hiking, going to dog beach or having a picnic in the park. This is an awesome bag that can literally fit everything! Dog treats, toys, towels, water bottles, and there are so many separate compartments and pockets that we ended up packing our blankets and human things in there too. The quality of the bag is great - super sturdy, dries easily (I knocked over the water bowl at the beach), great handling with a convertible strap/handle. I love the heathered grey and fabric material because it doesn’t look like a cheesy dog bag or diaper bag, just a really handy utility bag. I’m constantly traveling, camping, and staying away from home, so finding an alternative to cramming a dog food bag into a backpack with a couple bowls was imperative. This bag will fit everything you need and more. The material is durable and quality made. The zippers are average quality but are sufficient as long as you’re not stuffing it full, which would be hard to do- I have more than I need in this bag and it closes comfortably. The items I have in mine are: main leash w/ poo bag holder, backup leash, regular harness, service vest, 48oz water bottle, heart worm medication, 2 extra rolls of poo bags, 2 cans wet food, 20oz bag of treat bones, bag of breath bites, bag of pill pockets, tummy meds, whole fish treats, a 12” bully stick, both of the included collapsible bowls and food containers. Each food container holds roughly 3lbs of food for a total of around 6lbs. The collapsible bowls are nice sized and hold about half a container of food if filled to the top. The shoulder strap is sturdy enough to support the weight that the bag can carry and is comfortable on the shoulder. I estimate I have 30lbs of gear packed comfortably inside including the full water bottle. Great price, great quality. Definitely recommended if you’re always on the go with your dog. Read more

I want to start by saying that I LOVE this bag, even though I had to return it. I was having trouble choosing a bag based on the reviews and specs online, so I purchased 3 bags that got top reviews and seemed large enough for my 64 lb fur baby. This bag was by far the best quality and also the best design both for appearance and for carrying. Unfortunately, it's just slightly too small for my needs. As with many dogs, my dog has a favorite type of toy. I definitely wouldn't make her travel to an unfamiliar place without it (I feel like that's just asking for doggy anxiety and unwelcome chewing on non-toy objects). For scale, her favorite toy type is the large Kong Jumbler. What the bag held: -A little under a week's worth of food, but definitely enough for a work week of 5 days (I only eye-balled this because I wasn't sure if I would be able to keep the bag) -The 2 collapsible food/water bowls that come with the bag -The large Kong Jumbler (although it did make the bag bulge front and back) -Some treats, although probably not enough for a week of being in a new place. -2 clickers -A week's worth of poop bags (stacked flat in the mesh pocket on the underside of the bag top) -A Sleepypod Clickit Sport Car Harness (size large, folded flat) -It also kind of held the folder with my pupper's documents (adoption proof/proof of ownership, rabies vaccinations, etc...). Unfortunately, it wasn't very secure as the front magnetic pocket is the only place where papers in a folder can reasonably fit and the pocket is only deep enough to cover about 2/3 of a folder in landscape orientation, meaning that 1/3 of the folder was sticking out of the pocket. Had the bag had room for a couple more toys (smaller chew toys and/or tug-of-war rope), I definitely would have kept it. The craftmanship of this bag is noticeably better than the bag I did end up keeping. I hope that Top Dog makes a slightly larger bag in the future. I would buy it in a second if they did! Read more
This suitcase for dogs is awesome! I have two small dogs 14 and 22 pounds. This is their bag that we have traveled across the USA with many times. The design features pockets on each side and the front. The back has a sleeve that will slide over a humans suitcase. The zipper works smoothly. It comes with two zippered bowls that can hold a lot of dry food and treats. There are two collapsible water bowls. There is a netted zippered pocket on the interior lid. We often care for our son’s dog. He hauls this huge and heavy container to us with Rico’s food. We got him this as an easier way. However the food containment that comes with it is really more for a day or overnight. We put the big plastic PB pretzel containers like you buy at Costco instead as well as an old M&M container at half that size. With either two of the pretzel containers or one pretzel and the M&M, there are several days worth of food. Plus a couple of his play buddies and a few snacks. All easy to carry and organized.
