This Dog Bed is awesome. Arrives fast and is packaged really great. I purchased it for my Dogs Kennel, which is the Great Dane size Kennel (54 inch), it fit perfectly. Really nice and thick and firm enough to add lots of weight without smushing it to pancake flat. Still soft enough to be super comfortable. It made my Dog wanting to sleep in his Kennel instead of the couch or even my Bed. So believe me he loves it. It comes with a protective Duvet. So you can stick the mattress inside and zip it up. Waterproof!! On top of that you get another Duvet suede super soft, stick the mattress inside and zip it up. On top of that you get a second suede Duvet so you can change it out to launder the dirty one. I was really impressed. The only thing I don't like it is pricey, but you will get your money's worth!! My dog absolutely loves this bed. My afghan hound is extremely hot natured so I was afraid he was going to get hot in this bed, especially in our Texas summer nights. However, he stays in this bed all night. My dog is very lanky and weighs 50 lbs. he has plenty of room to stretch out and get comfortable while resting on this bed. I just got the bed today. So far my 2 year old Doberman loves it. I watched him through the door to see if he was adjusting to it. He was stretched out sleeping. He absolutely loves it. I hope he doesn’t tear it up. The bed is very thick and comes with 2 covers and a waterproof cover. I’ve searched all over for a nice bed and this seems to be the best so far.
