I ordered this top in a size small. I'm 5'5 and roughly 135lbs for reference. The top fits me perfectly, it literally couldn't fit any better! It's definitely true to size and you could probably order a size down because I still have plenty of room in the small. The top is fitted but not overly tight and it doesn't bring any attention to my love handles or "problem areas" which is so nice. It's made out of 100% viscose. The material feels so dreamy! It's soft, smooth, and feels to be much more expensive than it is. The top is lightweight and you can't see through the material at all. The top provides great air flow and it kind of feels like you aren't wearing anything at all when it's on. The stitching is top notch throughout the entire top and it feels to be well made. I love the light blue color! It's almost a periwinkle blue and the cooler tone looks great with my pale skin and blonde hair. The white trim provides a nice contrast against the blue shade. The tie hanging down the neckline gives the top a little something special and it looks great hanging or even tied in a bow. The style is perfect for summer and it has an elegant, clean, preppy vibe. This top would be perfect to wear on a boat or at the beach too, as it has sort of a nautical look. The top can be worn casually or dressed up with a nice jacket and pants etc. It's definitely nice enough to wear in a professional work setting as well. It could be tucked into your pants easily, as there isn't a ton of excess material but I think it looks great untucked. I washed the top in a zippered laundry bag on cold and laid it flat to dry. By laying it flat to dry it will last so much longer and stay looking nice for as long as possible. After washing it looks good as new! I'm really happy with the way this top fits, looks, and feels. Ahoy there, sailor! That was the first thing I thought when I opened up this shirt. It has a definite '70s retro vibe to it, which is quite "in" these days, by the way. It is well made. See the photo of the seaming, which includes finished edges. The knit is tight, the material is lightweight and very comfortable against the skin. And I like the design, retro vibe and all. As you can see from the photo, it is a bit blocky in shape so order down if you're on the fence. Overall, the shirt reminds me of something that Sutton Foster would wear when starring in a Broadway show (that's also a compliment). This sweater is a nice lightweight fabric that can be worn casually but can also be dressed up. My wife wanted this and she's happy with how easy this is to style.
