This black ribbed v-neck sweater is a good wardrobe staple. It has a looser fit which goes well over different shirts. I especially like the longer length; it hits below the hip, which is good for pairing with leggings or skinny jeans, and also great to throw on at work when the office is a little chilly. One thing to note: the button holes are slightly small for the size of the buttons and it isn't easy to unbutton or button it. If you want to wear it buttoned, I suggest putting it over your head to keep the button holes from getting stretched. I like to wear it open sometimes and also buttoned so the button holes will get stretched out. Overall, it is a good basic piece. It's a nice alternative to wearing a blazer, which can sometimes feel too formal at work. I have ordered other clothing from this brand and I usually love their products... I'm not sure about this one. First - the color definitely doesn't match the color advertised. The color shown in pictures looks more purple-blue, this is more of a navy color which is what they called it but they definitely enhanced the color in the pictures. I'm just not sure about the fit on me, it 100% looks really good on the models in the photos but makes me look more like a grandma or Mr. Rogers vibes (probably just my body shape). I did order my size according to their sizing guide and it's definitely roomy and the sleeve length is great! The quality not quite as good as I expected from this brand. It looks like the buttons don't line up with the button holes quite right, the bottom button section has quite a bubbled out gap that clearly isn't lined up. As for the rest of the sweater, it's made well (if you aren't looking at the button alignment) and it is pretty thick and warm and it's plenty roomy for layering. It's incredibly soft and stretchy! It is machine washable and tumble dryer friendly too which is a definite plus. I do love this for comfort, but i think I happened to get a poorly made one. Read more
