These were exactly what I was looking for in a Chelsea boot. A little taller at the ankle and a dark chocolate brown. These look nice and feel comfortable on. I do recommend sizing up...these run a little small and if wearing with any type of sock you will want to size up at least a half size. I wear a 7-7.5 and ordered an 8 and glad I did. These are very comfortable at the ankle and will not rub or hurt after a lot of walking in them. Really great boots. They did have a tag attached to the back loop stating waterproof uppers. Not sure if I trust that or not. The material of these boots look and feel like real suede but the product description says they are faux suede which is surprising. The color is great a good chocolate brown and black knit. Very cute on too, I love that they are fitting closer to the ankle and not loose. I have struggled with some boots being too structured above the ankle and then feeling uncomfortable but these have the stretchy fabric too so they are perfect! With DV I am an 8 or 8.5 and for these the 8.5 were best! Read more
