I love these velor leggings! They are so soft and fit perfectly. The waistband does not roll and they wash up very nicely. I've ordered extra pairs in different colors. These are soft on the outside but the inside is the silky/plastic feel. I suppose it can keep you cool but I was wanting the soft velvet inside and out to keep warm was the point for me. Read more
