The size I purchased was for shoe sizes 4.5-6. The orthotic was so long and wide it was ridiculous. It does say it is long and you need to trim it. I followed the instructions taking out the sole of my shoe to trim it to the size, , it was still so wide, by the time I was done cutting it down so much to fit my size 6 shoe, it didn’t even have the proper support left. A complete waste of my money. Now I need to find a replacement that will actually work. Read more
