I have very high arches. I had no idea this product even existed. Game changer for feet and ankles. However, after I had such good luck putting a pair into my enormous Hokas, I ordered two more pairs to put inside booties. (If money were no object, I'd have ordered a pair for every shoe I own.) With my narrow (but B) size 11 feet, even in a roomy bootie, the size D was enormous. I ended up cutting several inches off, including bringing in the area where the ball of my foot sits. I worry that this may limit the effectiveness. Next time I will try ordering a C. If it was a mistake, it was a pricey mistake. Read more

I have cavus feet, which makes my foot naturally supinate and leads to instability and pain. My podiatrist prescribed orthotics, and after reading the reviews, I ordered size A. For reference, I wear a women’s size 9, and the fit is perfect. These orthotics feel much more rigid compared to over-the-counter ones I’ve tried before, which gives me confidence they’ll provide the support I need. I’ve only just started using them, but I already feel more stable and have a lot of hope that they’ll help reduce my pain over time. Read more

These don't fit correct at all. When i put it in my shoe, my sesamoid sits past the recessed part and puts pressure on it. Great idea, poor execution. You'll see by my pics, even if your foot is a little smaller it wont sit right. Garbage product Read more

They are helping with my foot pain so far, but I was unaware that I would have to cut them to fit. I originally thought they sent the wrong size until I looked at the instructions. For the price I paid, they should have been individually made to fit without cutting the insoles. Read more

These inserts were recommended by my orthopedic for high arches and hindfoot varus. When not wearing my shoes with these I can tell the difference to when I am wearing them. Would buy again. Read more

My orthopedist recommended this post a Jones Fracture as I have high arches and plantar issues, along with the fracture. I LOVE them. They are not arch supports, rather designed to not put pressure on the 5th metatarsal and to cradle the foot so that it doesn't supinate. They are not a padded/squishy insert type, so don't expect that. They are supportive and harder, which also helps if you have issues with arthritis or big toe issues, keeping the movement and pressure down in that area. Read more

Orthopedic foot specialist recommended my wife try this orthotic for her feet that have bunion correction and now have a high arch. The recess is to help reduce stress on that first and second tarsal by sitting the first tarsal lower. They would be great if DonJoy offered more sizes. She wears a women’s 8-9 shoe and ordered the size smaller based on another person’s review that they run large. These were still too large (distance from heel to recessed spot was way off). So she ordered the Siza “A” that is supposed to be a women’s 4.5-6. These are also too long. The recessed area wasn’t sitting on her metatarsal head correctly and was causing pain in the muscles behind that area in both feet. If you can get a size that lines up perfectly for the length of your heel to great toe joint, these might work for you. Read more

I will be purchasing again. I read lots of reviews on how huge they were and almost sized down. I am glad I didn't. I went to their online store and looked into what the issue was. They are made to make your big toe function properly. I just trimmed the top to match my current insole and they worked well. There is an adjustment period. I have weak ankles and excessive supination. I finally found relief! Read more
