Update: 2 weeks later one of the bulbs has already burnt out 🙁 Notes on incandescent light bulbs: First these look cool They do get hot yes but not a big deal for me The warm light is interesting you definitely would not want to read by this light. A lot better than LED. If you record these with your phone, they don’t flash. LED lights do. These are a lot easier on your eyes, especially if you have migraines. It is less light but your eyes adjust. Read more
Just received these today, so I can’t say much but so far I really like them! Gorgeous glow, bright enough for my desk but not bright enough to light an entire room. The reason I gave 4 stars is so far I’ve noticed they get HOT. I can hold my hand by it and it will warm up my hand. Otherwise, these are wonderful! Read more
We love this and use them all over the house. They work well with dimmers, and the light has a soft, warm glow. You can even look directly at the bulb when it's lit without being blinded for several minutes or experiencing a headache. We miss incandescent bulbs, and we were excited to find these. Using dimmer switches helps conserve energy and makes bulbs last longer. We have never found an LED that, even when advertised as warm, can match the warmth of an incandescent. Read more

TL;DR: These bulbs go out in literally days, do not buy them. I received 2 packs of 4 of these bulbs 8 days ago. I installed 3 of them in a light fixture in my office that has never had issues. As of this morning, 4 out of the 8 bulbs have already gone out, including at least one from the 2nd pack that I installed 2 days ago after 2 had already blown. That means that both of the packs have bulbs that last less than a week. The lifespan on these is terrible, DO NOT BUY THEM. Otherwise, they look nice but they are dim. They are a nice warm color. They do get hot, but they are incandescent bulbs so that is normal. Read more
