Assembly is super easy and only takes approximately 5 minutes. This tray is adjustable to fit most bath tubs. The compartments are well set. There is a place for a cell phone, a stand for a tablet/iPad, cups for drinks, etc . It is very sturdy so there is no concern for anything falling into the water.
