The AC came in a big, heavy package. I opened it and all the necessary accessories, including the window mount, the pipe and the remote, and the AC itself are inside. The qualify looks pretty good. The summer is close so I bought it in advance before the price rises. Tried it in my room and it feels good. The air is cool and quite when it works. It really cooled down my room quickly.
